Quick Troubleshooting

Monitoring Not Starting

  • Ensure Family Controls permission is granted
  • Check that you've selected apps in at least one enabled group
  • Try restarting the app

Mirror Mode Not Triggering

  • Verify monitoring is active (check home screen)
  • Make sure time limit has actually been reached
  • Check that the app has notification permissions

Apps Not Being Blocked

  • Complete Mirror Mode flow (don't skip)
  • Verify Family Controls permission
  • Try toggling monitoring off and back on

Premium Not Working

  • Check App Store→Account→Subscriptions
  • Try "Restore Purchases" in app settings
  • Restart the app after purchase

When Contacting Support

Please include:

  • iOS Version: Settings → General → About → Software Version
  • Device Model: e.g., iPhone 14 Pro
  • What you were trying to do: Describe the steps you took
  • What happened: What went wrong?
  • Error messages: Screenshots are helpful if applicable
