Quick Troubleshooting
Monitoring Not Starting
- Ensure Family Controls permission is granted
- Check that you've selected apps in at least one enabled group
- Try restarting the app
Mirror Mode Not Triggering
- Verify monitoring is active (check home screen)
- Make sure time limit has actually been reached
- Check that the app has notification permissions
Apps Not Being Blocked
- Complete Mirror Mode flow (don't skip)
- Verify Family Controls permission
- Try toggling monitoring off and back on
Premium Not Working
- Check App Store→Account→Subscriptions
- Try "Restore Purchases" in app settings
- Restart the app after purchase
When Contacting Support
Please include:
- iOS Version: Settings → General → About → Software Version
- Device Model: e.g., iPhone 14 Pro
- What you were trying to do: Describe the steps you took
- What happened: What went wrong?
